Inspiration Comes From A Decorative Pail
Inspiration strikes me all the time. It may be a Billboard, maybe a piece of apparel, or sometimes an object. I am sure that this applies to other people who are passionate about creating, like me. Does this describe you too? Today I want to share with you this latest inspiration – from a fun, summer pail! I picked this up months ago, thinking that it would be fun to use for holding my prizes that I give away at events. It is colorful and happy & would make an excellent holder for prizes! But at the time, it wasn’t summer yet – so I set it aside and just held onto it.
In planning my upcoming BINGO event, I started thinking about how it would be fun to have a ‘Tropical’ Theme, like this fun pail! Stampin’ Up has a couple of excellent products that I want to use, and so the creating has began.

At this BINGO event, everyone will receive gifts! I LOVE to give gifts, and what is even better than giving a gift? Creating at least part of that gift, that’s what! My first creation is just a simple tag for the bottle of water that each person will receive. This is just the beginning, there will be other gifts – but right now I am focusing on just this one.
I got busy pulling ink colors that work with this item, I pulled out some cardstock, the Stampin’ Up! Fabulous Flamingo Stamp Set and went to work. Here is what I ended up with, thanks to the help of the Stamparatus tool, that made stamping the Flamingo layers a breeze.
And, side by side – look how fun! I am even more excited now and look forward to creating SO many more fun projects for this event! You just never know where your next inspiration might be coming from.
